DevelopX Properties was established in 2020 by John Tucci and Christos Eliopoulos.

DevelopX Properties mission is to be the leader in residential and commercial property development and leasing.

As the owner of R&J Tucci Construction for the past 20 years, John has experience framing, site work, and finish work. He has vast experience as a home builder with over 1,000 projects under his belt. John is known for his professionalism, integrity and hard work mindset that he brings to each job. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors license 

and a Moderate Risk Deleader License in the State of Massachusetts.

With a proven track record in sales, Christos has over 20 years of sales and project management experience. From previously leading the sales team at a four billion dollar publicly traded company, Christos specialized in managing mission-critical projects for the satellite and defense industries. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem solving, he understands client expectations 

and ensures each job is met on-time and within budget. Christos Eliopoulos graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. He holds a Moderate Risk Deleader license in the State of Massachusetts.
